FREE Opening Party

May 28, 2016, 3:00 – 7:00 pm

Following the Artist Talk at the Akron-Summit County Public Library, join us at the Akron Art Museum for the FREE opening party for the Mark Mothersbaugh: Myopia exhibition.

Get the first look at Myopia in Akron as you explore Mothersbaugh's artwork in the museum's galleries. Myopia at the Akron Art Museum turns its attention on Mothersbaugh’s visual art practice—he has been making art for more than 40 years—including installations of recent sculpture, prints, rugs, and a collection of 30,000 postcard-sized drawings the artist has created and utilized for inspiration and exploration throughout his career.

No registration required • Opening party sponsor: EarthQuaker Devices
