news release New Day for Art & Ale at the Akron Art Museum
For Release: October 10, 2019
Akron—The 13th annual Art & Ale moves to Saturday, March 28, 2020. The Akron Art Museum’s popular craft beer tasting event will again feature two sessions: 2:00 to 5:00 P.M. and 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. VIP, general admission, museum members and designated driver ticket options will all be offered in 2020, with more tickets added to the sought-after VIP level. Art & Ale pairs exceptional craft brews with delicious offerings from local food purveyors and includes coveted awards for best overall brew and people’s choice.
Akron Art Museum Director of Advancement Bryan de Boer said, “We want to be respectful of people’s St. Patrick’s Day plans, so we’ve moved Art & Ale to the end of March, which we think will provide beer aficionados a great event to look forward to as the month comes to a close.”
More information about Art & Ale 2020, including a list of participating brewers and food purveyors, is forthcoming, and tickets will be available soon. Sponsorship opportunities are available now by contacting the Akron Art Museum.
Art & Ale is for ages 21 and older. A state-issued form of I.D. is required.
