Becky and her mom, Marjie, stand in the late afternoon sun on the front stoop of Becky's place on Rhea Avenue. Flags in windows, on porches hung like drapes or on small angled staffs, and as windshield and bumper stickers are usual sights here in northeastern Ohio.
