Join us for a panel-style discussion with Cleveland-based Neon Artist Jeffy Chiplis. As one of our GLOW exhibiting artists, Jeff will discuss the artistic practice and process around his sculpures, in addition to his use of upcycled and repurposed elements to create his works.
