Past Event Third Thursday: Partying with Postcards

Celebrate creativity in Akron with music, food, and an exhibit of community made postcards at the Museum, the Akron-Summit County Library, and Summit Artspace. This drop-in program is free and open to all.

Akron Art Museum
• Community postcard display located in the Museum’s McDowell lobby
• DJ, refreshments, postcard making, and hands-on activities in the Open Studio spaces

Akron-Summit County Public Library – Main Branch
• Community postcard display located in the Garden Trio Corridor
• Free laser engraved trinket, postcard making, and browse the Akron Art Library artworks available to checkout in the Culture & AV Division

Summit Artspace
• Postcard display located in the first floor hallway
• Galleries open and postcard making

The Museum is excited to serve our public under the safest possible conditions and under new norms.
