Past Event Family Day: Winter White Out!

We may not have snow on the ground on December 4th, 2022. But we will turn the inside grand lobby of the Akron Art Museum into a winter wonderland of play, creation, and wonder.

We hope to see your family at Winter White Out. It’s a FREE Family Days event from 1 – 4 pm on December 4th, 2022. We’ll have some snacks and plenty of creative opportunities for your little ones: 

Wandering Aesthetics will host three winter-themed theater classes in our Auditorium.

Children’s Museum will bring a wind tunnel and feature a giant Igloo building station! 

Street Craftery will let your little ones roll out beeswax candles! 

Make your own Snow Globe! 

Stilt Walkers and special performances! 

Look out for more surprises, and get ready for secret additions!
