Cleveland artist Janet Macoska had her first photograph published at age twelve: an image of Sonny and Cher that appeared in Teen Screen Magazine. She has been shooting rock and roll professionally since 1974. Her images have appeared on CDs and in publications including Rolling Stone, People, US, Vogue, American Photo, Creem, the New York Times and the London Times. Her work is in the collections of London’s National Portrait Gallery, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum and the Akron Art Museum. Macoska also served as the photographer for the Cleveland Indians from 1975-1985.
